    Trusty Seiko SKX007J with a ceramic insert and sailcloth strap.

    Currently averaging minus 1.9 seconds a day
    Not too bad for a 10 year old watch which cost about £200!

    Correction, I misremembered the movement database, more likely 1949/1950.
