I need help creating a URL from a video on my phone!

Hi guys please bear with me I have just done a 3 minute video to send off to apply to go on a TV show but it says send them the URL as the video is too big to send so how do I do it, I have the video on a OnePlus 7 Pro but have absolutely no idea how to do this so any help would be much appreciated :)

Andy download Google photos. Can share via link there. The link won't end in .MP4 or .mov etc so can be viewed by anyone clicking. Not good for embedding here but great for everything else.
