My late grandad's watch. Circa 1961-62.
Serviced by Richard Askham some years ago. I don't wear it, but it's nice to have it running again (needed a new mainspring).

I have this one I picked up a few weeks back from a small watch shop in the centre of Bristol.

Great place with loads of vintage watches.

Citizen 4-310055y Alarm Date watch from 1969.

Not seen one on the forum before.

Although vintage, it's still a great size at 42mm

Looks good. I wasn’t aware there was a “small watch shop in the centre of Bristol”

    It's this one: https://german242.com/en/main/shop/

Fascinating shop. Stock on the website is rarely updated so definitely worth visiting. Ask about his skull watch it's super cool

I'd forgotten about it until this second, seeing yours, and it's reminded me how much I enjoyed seeing it that day. The Olympic rings on the end of the second hand really did it for me then and still do. Enjoy and if you ever fancy selling let me know. I might be keen.
It makes sense that an Olympian would have one I suppose, perhaps received as a sponsor gift, but as you suggest these were not big sellers it seems, over here at least, mine was originally supplied in Japan. I'll certainly bear in mind your dibs if I move it on, but have no plans to do so just yet. Thanks for the kind words.

Neither are as, er, esoteric as some in the thread here but don't think I've seen either of these apart from mine:

    1) IWC Ingenieur Titanium Double Chronograph:

    2) Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur Military Chronometer (LE of 300):

My photos just don't capture the subtlety of the eggshell-enamel dial and light brown filling of the numerals, here's a better pic, though not of mine:

Had this since 2000 or so. It can display the time in "Internet Time", a sort of decimal time notation introduced in 1998, which never caught on. It's @374 at the moment.

Thank you. It's a transitional 2446, not many known to exist. It came from Argentina, where the airforce seems to have liked issuing Autavias.

Sinn GSG-9 Limited Edition. I have never worn it the dial is too ugly. I need to send it to Sinn for a new battery and I'll have them replace the dial with the standard GSG-9 dial.
