I love how over engineered the DSSD feels - and it's also a good fit on my larger wrist. I treated the bracelet on mine to a sonic bath yesterday :)
Not the watch, but the sticker:-)
Picked up the DSSD to wear yesterday and noticed it still has the sticker!
About time, I took it off! I know the general feelings about the stickers and gunk and the grease etc.
I have had the watch since it was launched and still enjoy it as much as I did on the first day.

It's just a matter of time...
It must be a watch you really enjoy to keep it that long.
I bet if you have the original receipt it would make the crazy Rolex prices now look silly.
Marvellous, I thought it was only me that liked the original DSSD.
Mine is 10 years old and cost £5760 :)

Had a chance to pick one up at Heathrow for £5.5k 7 years ago when they discounted the price by the equivalent VAT no matter where you where travelling (I was off to ABZ).
Given my weedy 6.5” wrists I don’t regret that, but do regret passing on a 14060M for £3.2k in the same year, at Heathrow when travelling to the same location.
I travelled to ABZ over 40 times in one year, and checked the Rolex shop every time. These where the only SS models I ever saw . This is going back a few years mind.
