Picked up my nearly new R Line Passat, wearing this Seiko. One of the last 220ps petrol engines for the Passat.

    It's FRIDAY, November 30

Sporting this for dodging the riots in Brussels.

Made it to the hotel between tear gas and police, who said Christmas markets were mundane.

    Have a good weekend all.

Since it's only 7 am here in CA, I decided to go with my Ollech & Wajs instead of Seiko:

Had to swap winterwheels today, it's a bit less cold and will be the coming days, but also 99% dry today. That's why I had to do this today. Needed a smaller and light weight watch which slides under de sleeve and how strange it sounds, this vintage G-Shock MRG is not to big and light weight (titanium) so fitted the bill exactly. HAGWE folks!

I've left it too late today to get the camera out and all the light has gone, so an old shot of today's watch, the Shogun. Loving the lightness on the wrist of this excellent Seiko. Have a super weekend everyone!

£25 for a new crystal last week, and it's back on the wrist and keeping good time.

God the eagle 7 type citizen - I remember buying this model from high street Index/Argos as a teenager in 1995/6. Mine came on a jubilee . Great watch

Wearing this today to celebrate a lovely message of thanks from a real NASA Astronaut who left a nice comment on my video about battery change and resetting the X-33.

    A couple I tried on earlier ....

Been kinda busy posting on my own forum today (and for most of this week in fact).
Forgot all about the Friday thread. So let's see if I can squeeze these two in under the wire.

A pair of Yema Spationaute III Aragatz's - I've been wearing a few different ones this week.
It was the 30th anniversary of the Soyuz TM-7 Aragatz mission launch on Monday 26th.

Here's a photo very kindly sent me last weekend, by French astronaut Michel Tognini - still wearing his 30 years later.

Michel was a member of the Aragatz back-up crew in 1988, but made sure his Yema Spationaute III achieved 'flown' status in 1992, when he wore it for his own Soyuz TM-15 Antares mission (besides the official Yema mission watch). He is France's 3eme Spationaute, after all. Neat huh ?
