That looks great, congrats. I agree re the LV comparison, although I've not seen this Tudor in the flesh yet.

- not sure if this got answered but my one came with a black nato. This was picked up very recently
The Tudor looks great. Makes me want to get one!

With the success of the Tudor collaboration with Harrods, I noticed that TAG Heuer have also produced an Autavia LE of 150 models for Harrods this Autumn, price £4500 approx.
Not sure if these are in store yet.
I prefer the Rolex bracelet but, otherwise, the Tudor is the clear winner for me. I think the photo perhaps exaggerates slightly but does highlight:
- just how busy the Rolex dial is (perhaps a little unfair comparing a date to ND though)
- how poor the legibility is cf the Tudor
- how much better the tapered Tudor lugs work and
- how clean the case looks without the crown guard
Just wish it were a few mm smaller and thinner. No excuse/need for that thickness really.
If the Tudor is so much better/ preferable than/to the Rolex, how come it isn’t trading for stupidally bonkers amounts like the Hulk? I own the Tudor and think it’s a great watch for RRP £2,630 - a quarter of what you’d pay for a green pre-owned Rolex!
Never really looked at Rolex BUT, the more posts I read (with pics of course) on this forum the more my affinity grows - you lot could be sowing the seeds of a very expensive hobby in me. Congrats on your Tudor...btw I know I'm a newbie but am I alone in thinking the date cyclops spoils the Rolex aesthetically?

Whether it’s better or preferable is just a personal opinion ofc. No point comparing resale prices between the two either, but compared to its RRP it is trading for stupid amounts. Average sales are around £3800 and rrp is £2630. 45% over RRP.
The Hulk is similar I think in % terms.
Another quick comparison shot

There's one of these in the pawnbrokers on Victoria Street in London.
They want £5800 for it.
Congratulations on the new watch.

Got the call to collect my one today, number 700 odd.
Out of interest what number roughly was yours, I take it they are not issued in numerical order?
Not sure how they number them given they are the sole distributor - bit weird
