    recommend me a watch.....titanium, sapphire, auto, bracelet....38-42mm....under £500

    been looking but nothing has grabbed me yet apart from maybe the steinhart ti ocean.
    looking for inspiration in ti, full bracelet, decent lume, sapphire, auto, 38-42mm.....any ideas? colour welcome too!

    Closest I've found being titanium, bracelet, sapphire, 40mm...but lume looks to be lacking:

    Try for a Mido Ocean Star titanium.. great elabore grade calibre 80 grade movement only 11mm thick.. great casework in titanium and 42mm .. fab BGW9 lume and great hands.. retails at 1100 but they do pop up on watch zoo for 550 and is a great watch at that price

    You are welcome... i have one myself and over two months runs to + 0.6 a day over that time.. and it wears great.. its also a strap monster if you like natos

    Seconding this. You'll have a hard time doing better at this price point. Absolutely love mine.

    I know there are plenty of detractors here of Steinhart's levels of originality, but the sub style is such a ubiquitous design now I think the criticism can be a little over done. That said, the Ocean titanium has some tweaks that I think make it look a little more unique.

    The only obvious similarity to rolex is the bezel to me. The rest is different
