    Good article on luminescence

I found this quite useful. History and explanation of luminous materials, from radium through tritium to superluminova.

I’ve got this to read. Slightly off topic but out of interest would any one know the shelf life of the lume on my 2yr old sandwich dial Pam 560?

I don't think superluminova has a shelf life.

If so, Super Luminova & Luminova don't have a half life because they aren't radioactive.
