Not sure, maybe it's the pics or poor lighting. How do you find it compared to the jubilee?

^^^ Great shots Johnny. The natural light also shows the blue is rich and strong... I liked the jubilee but it does look very impressive on the oyster too. Two looks for the same watch is a real bonus!!

The Jubilee fits the LN or BLNR?

    No issues?

No as there is a spring bar issue I believe.

There’s plenty of pictures on this thread for you to see it on the new one.

Now who's going to try it on a brushed Sub bracelet? A real homage to the vintage GMT.

Presumably if the oyster fits on the BLRO, the jubilee should fit on the LN or BLNR.

If it’s a spring bar issue then it can only be the thickness of the bars which would be easily remedied with thinner spring bars.

Not that easy I am afraid! I believe that you need BLNR spring bars to fit the Oyster to the BLRO but then they are too fat for the Jubilee and the Jubilee ends are too thick for the BLNR case! Something like that!!

Very nice - thanks for the photos. Oyster does look better than Jubilee IMHO but Jubilee would mean more variety in my collection. Something to think about when/if I get a BLRO.

Much better on the oyster, that’s a right kick in the nuts for peeps who bought the PM version.

If that’s the only prevention then it’s very easily remedied.

Will stick it on the Sub bracelet either later tonight when I’ve finished work or in the morning.

If I’m reading this right, you’re saying that the jubilee spring bars are thinner than the oyster spring bars but have thicker ends?

I think I’m reading that right.

  22. #222
Now that is a heck of a combo - me wanty on an oyster!

    Copied from TRF,

Tried the jubilee on the BLNR and it doesn’t fit... the jubilee spring bars are too fat for the holes in the case. The spring bars from the BLNR bracelet are too fat to fit through the jubilee.

All should be very fixable. Am sure there will be spring bar that covers the requirements. If not I am sure someone will be making it before long.

Thanks for the pics, it might just be me, but I'm so used to seeing it on the jubilee that it looks odd with the oyster bracelet.

I'm sure in person it looks better, I like the jubilee as it's gives me a bit of variety.

A brave man could drill out the end links to fit the fatter spring bars.

Or as mentioned above, there’ll probably be spring bars of the right dimension available. If not now, then soon!

I saw that, interesting one as it’s a shop (bricks’n’mortar I don’t know) that surely isn’t an AD but they have an undated warranty card with it...
