Hi everyone

I’m a bit of a lurker on this forum tbh....sorry!

I was wondering if anyone could provide me any tips or recommendations with regard to selecting a vintage silver pocket watch, ideally late 1800s to early 1900s

I have very little knowledge in this area but am looking for something to go with a silver watch chain that is a family heirloom. Hall marked I believe as 1892 from FW Cole of Birmingham, with a 1887 Queen Victoria jubilee silver crown coin attached to it (the coin rather worn unfortunately!)

Any opinions on type of watch, what to look out for, potential price for a decent condition refurbished watch, dealers with a good rep etc. Etc

Thanks in advance
