Can’t log in with Tapatalk?

Hi all

Not sure if anyone can help but I can’t log in with Tapatalk, I’m pretty new here and generally only use Tapatalk as I find it the most user friendly for me. Not sure what happened, out of the blue I was asked to log in but it won’t have any of it.

I’m not sure how to post pics without Tapatalk on am iPad Pro so I can’t show the error message but it was a Log in error

I just wondered if this was a common problem?
