When I saw the first pic I was expecting it to look awful on NATO, but no it looks great. Much better than the supplied strap.

Black watches really suit a green strap (I had a CWC sbs that did similar). I'd have preferred a 12 and for the date to match the lume but it's definitely a beast!

I quite like the contrast with the date, and it makes it much easier to see. Whilst I really like the look of the grey numerals they're not the easiest to see in certain lights.
