    Swiss watch direct

    Looking at grey dealers
These look good but would like to know if anyone has bought from them and how it was.

    I don't trust trust pilot.

    Old school.

    Thanks in advance.

Not used them myself but I personally know quite a few who have. Definitely a "forces favourite" company due to their willingness to ship tax-free to BFPO addresses.

They’re just down the road from me and have been trading for quite some time now as well as being quite a big player in snooker sponsorship.

I’ve never heard anyone have any problems with them and would have no hesitation in dealing with them myself.

    Swiss watch direct

I purchased from them around three years ago and had no issues at all.

Watch arrived quickly, well packed, with everything I expected. The warranty card was stamped recently with an Italian AD.

I bought an Aqua Terra from them about 3 years ago, I recommended them to a couple of friends who have both bought from them with no issues at all.

Really helpful staff when I had a couple of queries, watch arrived the day after payment cleared with all boxes and stamped warranty card from a European AD.

Much underrated when compared to one or two of the forum's favourite grey dealers IMHO

    Cheers

not bought from them but can also confirm they have been around a good number of years.

I remember having a good look at them when I first got seriously interested in watches, which must be around 10 years ago.

I was a bit scared to “go grey” at the time, but they must be doing something right to be still around.

I bought from them a few years back. Gave me an estimated time of delivery at point of sale and the watch was delivered in that timescale. No issues overall.

I last bought from them back in 2008.

Picked up a couple Omegas & a Breitling.
    Wonderful service, can’t fault them.

As mentioned, this was a decade ago

I bought an Omega SMP quartz from them about ten years ago, and without boring you with the details it had a very minor problem. But they were brilliant about it and refunded me in full with no fuss whatsoever. I'd definitely consider them again.

Bought my wife's Omega from them 10 years or so ago, excellent to deal with. Glad to hear they are still one of the good guys.

I have had a PO Chrono and Seamaster GMT off them. Unfortunately both needed warranty work. Both went back to Omega without any issues about their origin. The Planet Ocean turned up without it’s warranty card. They sorted that in a reasonable amount of time.

    I would use them again.
