Thinking of raffling another watch for charity

Either my beloved ezm1 or a nice omega quartz AT, applied indices, grey teak dial.
    .
To go ahead, I'm probably looking at 120 places at 100 each for the ez. Might seem a bit rich perhaps but would be a nice result for the winner! Or for the AT, maybe something like 150 places at £20 each. All proceeds would go to my nominated uk regd charity

Is there enough support for this ?

    Welcome back! :D

Count me in, for either watch.

    Cheers,

I would say trying to raise £12k for the EZM1 is too much. Saying that £3k for an AT quartz would be too. But people are more likely to chuck in £20 for a good cause them £100.

Im guessing this is for charity?

Judging by how much momentum your last raffle gathered, I don't think either target is a stretch. I think you'd have more than enough support and hopefully the forum can rally to sweeten the pot with consolation prizes like last time. I'd be happy to contribute in that regards.

I happily took part in your previous raffle and would do so again. I do agree though that £100 per ticket might be a bit of a stretch to achieve for the Sinn?

    Lovely idea, once again.
I think the maths on the AT make it an easier sell, whist still a very attractive proposition.
And having waited so long to get yourself an EZM1, I really am not so sure it'd be your best move.........

I’m in Dave, I’ll dig a nice piece of jewellery out for second prize. Pm me and we will sort it out 👍

I will add a 3rd prize the full cleaning kit untouched I got with my new Beamer.

    Truly remarkable generosity.

Like others here I think the maths for the Sinn would be challenging. If you do the Omega I’d certainly put in for a ticket.

I'd happily take part in such a raffle, a wonderful gesture. But I would agree with some of the above comments that £100 is a bit of a stretch.

I would buy a ticket if it was closer to the £50 mark :)

I'd be in too. The other responses sum up my thoughts on the contributions.

I'd be up for either option.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
