Project Binky, one of the forum's YT favourites is ready to realise a new episode. According to knowledgeable people over on the TR Register Forum, #17 will be on YT tomorrow, Friday. Let's hope they are right!

It's was great. They really are good, those guys.
Plasma cutter/compass... wow
A great episode! After the initial work on a larger scale it's sort of zooming in to the more detailed bits now. Fantastic skills in both design and practical work. What the hell will they do when this is finished!!

From the guy over on the TR forum (who also announced the airing of this episode a few days ago - he must know more): the fabrication of the aircon/heater box etc took 200 hrs in total! At the going rate of 60 euros/hr ex 21% VAT, that's 12,000 euros!
Great to see the scene about welding up those radiators and the air leaks. It's not all plain sailing. And Blackhurst's sentence in that scene about 'Michael' is food for thought.

Ep18 out today. So much work on such little (apparently) jobs. Brilliant. Love this series.
Fan-tas-tic. I love that stopwatch telling how long it took!
15 hrs on a bracket lol
over engineered wiper assemblies.... why not....
Binky has everything: over-engineered parts; a realistic time schedule (stopwatch); planning & thinking ahead; workshop humour and of course: incredible craftsmanship. They more or less skipped the electrical part where they tied the French and British system together... But did you notice how well-engineered that test-bed/board looked!
I will be dead before they get that mini on the road at this rate.
My unborn grandchidren will enjoy seeing it happen though.
It’s the process not the result that counts
