Looks very much like a 'Eulit Panama Blue Tropic Woven Nylon Perlon' sometimes available from 'holbensfinewatchbands' on eBay. They only seem to have 16mm and 14mm in stock at the moment, and the eBay photographs don't do justice to the colour. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16mm-EULI...p/331660459078
