Its been a case of infatuation as this 1970 Heuer Carrera 1153N has been my constant wrist companion this last week after i gave it a little tidy up. The metallic dial varies from black to grey to dark blue depending on the angle to the light, totally mesmerising.

I've had this Seiko Mod on now for about a month, as I read that the movement needed about that time to run in... it has always been pretty much on the mark from the off! This watch proves to me that a sports look works well on smaller models and there should be more made... the BB58 is a step in the right direction!

Majex DeLuxe this week. Small by today's standards but comes on a good quality non-hair pulling stretchy strap. It's manual wind and keeps good time, certainly a lot of pleasure for just £26.
