IWC Portugieser hand wound 8 days 150 years jubilee edition

    Hey guys,

So im looking for a dress watch and this somewhat checks all the boxes.
Larger than most dress watches im 6'3 and have a 8" wrist.
    Amazing in-house movement and perlage.

Its a expensive watch and at that price you almost wonder why you didn't get white gold.
Also the white dial isn't enamel which would have been cool.

What alternatives would you guys recommend?

Have a look around for an ''F A Jones' Portugeiser, limited edition from 2006. Here it is.
It's much truer to the original...manual wind mechanism derived from the 1930s pocket-watch movement. No date. You don't get eight-day power reserve but, I think, you do get a more authentic watch. I just sold mine!

Have a look at a Moser Pioneer.
In between a formal and a sports design. Bigger than a normal dress watch which seems to be what you are after. Great pedigree, amazing dial, exclusive, a bit different.
    Mines great :)

That is absolutely stunning. Why did you sell if you don't mind me asking?
