Steinhart Ocean Vintage GMT - is there a definite post?

As Mrs Sish would have my bags packed if I bought a Rolex 1655, I'll have to settle for a Steinhart Ocean Vintage GMT. I've posted a WTB but wondered if there had been a definitive post on this forum explaining the difference between the standard and the Gunter Limited Edition. Not sure what I'd be paying extra for, whether its just a fancy case and a selection of straps. Thanks all.

Gunther has domed acrylic crystal and more yellow indices.

Case back is solid and engraved as limited.

Massive piano black box with straps, tool etc.

Thanks for your quick response. Sound like the extra would be worth it, just need to track one down now.

I slightly preferred the sapphire original despite my normal default towards tradition. It just felt more solid and was more legible. I sold both, however, as my 6.75 wrist couldn't carry it.

New they are £430 from Steinhart DE, I see there is a Limited Edition on eBay for £550 (which might go for a bit cheaper).

You should be able to pick up the standard one used for £350 mark.

The Gunter is a run of only 50 also. And had faux lume I think.
