    Recommendations - bi-metal sub £1k?

    Hi,

Looking for recommendations for a watch with similar looks to a Rolex Daytona - bi-metal strap, bi-metal on the bezel.

I'd imagine Longines might have something that might fit the bill? Any other thoughts?

I'd like to not spend over £1k, preferably much less. Happy with second hand.

    Thanks
    R

Actually…. Have you considered a Speedmaster Auto?

There’s a bi-metal one on Chrono24 (on leather) £1148 or SS versions with a bracelet for the same sort of money.

Do you mean two tone or bi metal? You won’t get anything new with solid gold as part of it for that price, but of course there will be gold plated options.

I bought a nice used Seamaster 120 in bi-metal for less than £1k. I doubt you'd get much better for both brand and quality. The newer SMP300m's would be a lot more expensive.
It's just a matter of time...
