If you leave your dog in a car in this weather, with no water or ventilation, it could be dead in fifteen minutes...
Leave the heater on as well, wait another forty five minutes & the meat just falls off the bone.
Seriously though, please please please do not leave dogs, cats, kids and elderly in the cars even for a 'minute', it gets extremely hot almost immediately in this sort of weather... Oh and plenty of fluids (and sunscreen) for all involved, hydrate even if you think you are not thirsty...
