Thread: In or out?

  1. #1

    In or out?

Took the old beast out of the safe last week to find nothing happening. Got the battery changed today, and, breath a sigh of relief, still working!
I guess has been out of rotation for about 6-8 months..

When back in the safe, is it best to keep the crown out, and stopped, or not?
I know it's been asked before, but I cannot remember!

How long do you foresee storing it? If long term, I'd suggest battery out, not crown!

I always like to run my watches every now and then. Not sure if it's the right thing to do, it just seems right. Maybe one of the watchmakers can help.

I try to wear in rotation, but that can be a period of months.
