No, No and I don't think it really does.
Shameful to say when some are fighting and dying for the right to vote in other parts of the World but round our way you could stick a blue rosette on a tree and it would get elected.

I do know my local councillors, or two anyway. I think it depends on what kind of response you get from them, especially if you highlight an issue. And as they have just had a nice pay rise, unlike many of the rest of us, I do wonder what some of the ******* do for it it!
I've met my counsellor personally (when I called on him for help) and wouldn't vote for anybody else, even though he does not represent my usual political party preference.
Oops. Down my local, religion and politics take up quite a bit of time. Anyway, sorry about that chaps.
