I am looking to purchase a used Seiko Shogun, as this will be the first one I have purchased used, how much should I pay to ensure I do not pay over the odds. Thanks in advance

Paying 5k on a basic Baikal would be paying over the odds. Paying 5k on a tarty Perazzi would be the opposite of paying over the odds.

Need to know your budget, what you're going to be using it for and what makes you've been looking at and what models.
