The Landeron movement is a good one.
Those plastic inserts can split quite easily.
I recently repaired a similar watch with that problem.
The overall look is personal taste.

I've been looking for a 1970s chronograph for some time. Just seen this on the Bay. I was thinking of starting at £475 but what are people's opinions re price / condition / movement etc.
Thanks.

Thanks. Being a child of the 60s I like that look but I wondered about price or whether a WTB might get me something better for a more reasonable cost.
