    Hold the sunset

Who else tried to endure the indulgent crap? I found it sad that such good actors could not get a laugh from the script. Why Cleese would want his name attached to such dross is beyond me? Why oh why do producers think that terrible writing can be saved by good actors? Shame on the BBC for producing such a rank pup. I hope that this is not John Cleese's epitaph but I fear it well maybe.

Saw the advertised preview of about 30 secs and that was enough for me. No need to watch it for 30 mins. Prefer to remember Cleese for Python or FT. Not this crap.

    Agreed - pony.

Good cast but they can't save that dross.
    Cheers,
    Neil.

Didn't John Cleese have an expensive divorce not long ago?
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

You can normally tell when he is getting divorced again when he appears on TV or the Monty Python reunion.

Bring back the good old days. Less channels to flick from one end to other.

We were really looking forward to it based on the cast. But, within the first 15mins we knew it was total crap. The characters were badly cast and the script pathetic in our joint opinion. We did stick with it till the end of the first episode but that was all we could stand. Very disappointing.

    ‘Flick’?

Don’t you mean ‘who’s turn is it to get up and turn over?’
