Thread: eBay Daytona - Real or Fake?

eBay Daytona - Real or Fake?

No question in my mind, so I reported it to eBay, but it's reappeared.

So, am I wrong and there's a bargain going begging?

Not much of my a debate on this one.

Without even seeing the watch saying that they inherited is usually a dead give away.

Looks like no one is going to be buying any of those Patek’s on eBay in future then ;)
It's just a matter of time...

    Has it gone again?

    Looks like it.

Clearly a fake with the dodgy 'three day' listing, and so badly presented with terrible pics and description. Seller had 3 feedbacks.

    Still, it had attracted bids.

Probably people knowing it was fake but taking a punt banking on PayPal to refund if it turns out dodgy.

Weren't a punt this one. Might have well had fake stamped on the dial.

Fair enough it looked rough as a badger’s bum but someone will give it a go. The number of people on HotUKDeals that say ‘I know it’s probably a scam but I’ll go for it’ is pretty scary.

I guess an inheritance is 'a dead give away' quite literally! :)
