    Simon Jordan Robbed

Simon Jordan was robbed at gunpoint taking his father to the doctors, they stole his Franck Muller after threatening to shoot him in the face

Love him or hate him, that’s a horrid thing, for what it’s worth I quite enjoy listening to him on Talk Sport

Incorrect. He was never a player or a manager but was the youngest ever owner of a Premier League football club at 31 years old.

I listen to him a lot on Talk Sport and he’s excellent value.

Terrible thing to happen to anyone.

Never heard of him, but it sounds a nasty incident, but not as nasty as a Franck Muller.

He is very good and articulate to listen too, actually I was listening to him this morning probabley only a few hours before he was robbed!

I don't often listen to TalkSport these days but funnily enough it was on this morning and Jordan was on. He was very listenable when discussing West Ham - talks about it from an owners perspective which makes a change from the usual ex-pro nonsense. He also had some interesting opinions on the boxing (though I notice his co-host cut him off before he could get on his soap box about about Eddie Hearn having a silver spoon!). This mustve happened not that long after he'd been on. Shocking.

I actually like him in Talk Sport. Is it bad though that the first thing I thought of when I heard the news was "I wonder what kind of watch he had?"

Here's the Suns take on it https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/587969...un-127k-watch/
Good on his Dad for wanting to have a go.
Having driven in South Africa (where I was told stop for no one) and Paris I'm defensive in how I drive. In traffic I ignore everyone around me, I don't stop or engage in road rage what ever happens. I drive large 4 x 4's because as a disabled person I don't want to feel vulnerable. Jordan was obviously cased but its a wake up call for those of wearing nice watches in London.

Things like this really worry my wife. She worries someone will see her watch, follow her and then nick it.

Thanks to 'waterresistant200' I know all I need to know. Anyone or anything to to with football is of no interest to me. Obviously I wouldn't wish him or anyone else to experience something like that.

Listen to him talk on Talksport, the man is very agreeable and knows his stuff, tbh probably the best guest Talksport has...
You should listen to the one where he tackles the bell-nd Players Union man Gordon Taylor, make him sound a right chump...
