I generally look at bikes on eBay and cars on autotrader and eBay but that’s just me.

For a bike of that value i'd go with an Ebay classified advert, not an auction...as always weedle out the messers and timewasters through the message system and the genuine buyers will find you..always state that you have a reliable courier that will do nationwide delivery from £130 and you will open up your market wider..if you need a number for one pm me.

Quite enjoy that forum and probably a high proportion of potential buyers?

Might also be worth a punt on car and classic. Failing that I’d go eBay. Although I know someone who wants one. I’ll pm you.

eBay classifieds works for me. Only costs around £19 in total.

Bung it in with £200-£300 wiggle-room, and list as ONO.

Be prepared for texts from the chancers with:

    ”What’s your bottom line, mate?”

”Will you take (asking price - £2,000) for a quick sale, mate?”

”There are loads like that around for £2,000 less, mate”

(“mate” seems to be de rigueur when chancing their arm)

+1 for Gs forum or if you wish I will do it for you as a “spotted a deal” item?

    Let me know

+2 for UKGSER, it is the sort of bike which is deemed sought after, certainly worth a try. Quite a few UKGSer's on here too! Cheers, John B4

Always used eBay for bikes, had far better response than Autotrader and cheaper.

+3 for UKGSer......a surprising number of us are active on there too....and it's a good fun crowd. Never had an issue buying or selling bikes (albeit, I've not done it much) on there.

Your bike is quite sought after....and would find a good home with less of a chance of timewaster sparring..

I sold mine on Auto Trader quite easily and quickly last year, really don't like eBay.

Bike trader or MCN for a bike like that.

The bike is now on eBay.

Try it on eBay but if it doesn't sell put it on AutoTrader. It will cost more but you'll get a lot more interest.
