It's really badly done line weights are all over the place and in general the quality of the lines are terrible. When it's healed and settled will be basically completely unreadable in hardly any time.
Looks like it'll impress the Ladies though (not)

I know nothing at all about tats (and certainly would never want one myself), but that picture looks to me very much like a Photoshop creation, overlaying an exploded diagram of a watch onto a picture of an arm. Or am I wrong?
