What is this plate meant to read?

    P17 WPD

but they've used a screw to put a dot between the 1 and 7

    i.e. P1.7 WPD

Think they are trying to make the 1 into an L

It's on an ancient Black Cayenne with red wheels!

    PAW PD perhaps?

Makes me think of Paw Patrol, a nauseating kid’s TV show. One of the pups (called Chase) dresses up in police clothes.

Bit of a stretch but your frame of reference diminishes somewhat with a 2 and a 5 year old hogging the remote.

    Afraid not!
I'm subjected to it daily. At least my son's other choices, Peppa and The Little Kingdom feature the odd joke for the grown ups.

Don’t mind a bit of P3PPA (keeping on topic). We went to the live show in January and the young lady operating the George “puppet” was very nicely proportioned. Recommended!

Cannot stand Postman Pat. He clearly starts work late as he often says goodbye to his son over breakfast, he never wears shorts, has access to far too many vehicles and is quite frankly dreadful at his job. He might get it there in the end but it’ll take all day, he’ll break goodness knows how many H&S regulations (not even mentioning taking his cat to work with him) for a single delivery. One item. I used Amazon Now the other day and the chap got it to us in under 2 hours with 2 deliveries on the way!

Let’s not even get started on Norman from Fireman Sam. He’d be in the system with Tracy Beaker if I had my way.

I have two young kids. All I can hear now is
“Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, make my Gin a double!”

Is it wrong to ask if there’s something “operation Yew tree” about Justin?

You’re not suggesting anything slightly P1.7EDO about poor old Justin!?

The 5 year old can tolerate the odd Horrible History now. For those still on the Paw Patrol phase, there is light at the end of the tunnel and it is brilliant!

The Pink Pig (can't even bring myself to type its name) is going to be my specialist subject on mastermind I feel like I've seen them all that often! Daughter is starting to branch out a bit though, can get away with Paw Patrol and Ben and Holly if lucky. Personally I really enjoy Hey Dugge and Sarah and Duck (mostly because the animation style is so cool). There's a blonde girl on Milkshake who makes it all a little more bearable too!

Ben and Holly is ingrained within Nuttington Towers - years after my two outgrew watching it we still get a rousing chorus of 'Jelly Flood!' whenever a food spillage occurs.

I still haven't worked out what that number plate is meant to mean, but I know what It tells me about the owner...

Any plate that isn't 100% obvious what it's supposed to be read as is trash, and even most which are easily readable are still trashy.

In my eyes very few regs which have more than 4 characters are going to look good.

Why is Chase always picked? The other pups are rather hard done by.

    Followed closely by Rubble.
If I was Sky, I'd be having a row with my agent.

And why do all the dogs talk but the cats don't?

I wonder if it's something to do with Equity and the agreed rates for speaking/non-speaking parts.

Anything mentioned thus far pales into the insignificantly normal when compared to the current TV show that has my 3 year old son in stitches. Anyone with a Netflix subscription might (not) want to check out 'Larva' for animated tales of jiggery japery involving two larva and their drain-dwelling chums.

My wife is convinced that Normal is Sam's illegitimate love child after a now unspoken fling with Dilys...

All the fire starting is just a cry for attention from a father who wants nothing to do with him.

We may, of course, be overthinking it.

My 18 month old is currently enraptured by Moana (movie). It’s infinitely preferable to Peppa Pig - those overly emphatic Home Counties accents drive me nuts.

We watch all those but right now she mainly watches kids YouTube and videos involving slime, small
American/Chinese girls opening Easter eggs and other assorted wrapped items, and people playing with dolls and figures from all of the aforementioned programs, at least she can put her head phones in, all this and she’s not 4 yet

I’m sure i was pushing a stone round with a stick and eating worms at 4.....

I've banned those nauseous videos from my home. Those bloody American toy reviews. Hateful.

It was a happy day when the girls moved on from CBeebies to CBBC, although for some reason I could cope with Nina and the Neurons. Operation Ouch! is excellent, along with the aforementioned Horrible Histories.
