That guy is a real douche but the american authorities that allowed this to happen are probably even dumber. I'm thinking he may have used some loopholes to do this.

I feel dirty now. I've just received a dark olive NATO from AussieStraps on eBay, who seem to have pulled the same trademark trick.

I had no idea and looking back at the listing, there is the 'r' symbol next to the word NATO.

What a bizarre situation.

Looks as though they have: NATO Straps Pty Ltd...but they don't seem to have registered 'Zulu' although they show the ® on their listings.
