Decided to wear something a bit smarter today

I've had this Orient Star Classic for a few months now.

Great finish and quality considering the price.

That's smart. There is a touch of 60's Omega about it. I like it.

That's a nice model - had my eye on it a while back before i got into diver style watches.

I loved the look of the blue hands - they really 'popped' in the photos in the following review.

Is yours the same model and how does the blue look like in real life?

Yes. Same model. The blue is quite subtle and only shows when the light hits the hands at a certain angle.

That is a very nice dial and hand set.

The watch looks even better in your new picture - the domed crystal, dial and hands all look amazing, and for a very reasonable price as well. To me it has a vintage feel but in a slightly more modern size.

Lovely piece, love how they placed the power reserve indicator on this one 👍

Orient do make some great watches and good prices.
GOt an orange mako 1 off amazon for £130.

No power reserve indicator but otherwise a nice diving watch.
They dont seem to put them on divers anymore apart from the massive m-force
so its vintage orient divers for me.
