    Zeno Explorer ETA mod question

    Hi folks,

I’m thinking of modding a Zeno Explorer, 35-36mm, with the ETA 2824 movement. (Or rather, I’m thinking of sourcing some parts and asking someone competent to do so.) I can’t quite get on with the Mercedes hands and the almost-1016 dial, but the ca 36mm oyster case is so perfect.

So first: does anyone know what size dial I should be looking for? Or does the size have to be so exact that sourcing a dial apart from the case is not likely to work?

And second: does anyone know of a good source of possibly appropriate dials/hands to fit the 2824? Bill Yao/MK II used to sell these things, but I'm wondering if there's an ETA equivalent for the likes of Dagaz and Yobokies.

    Thanks in advance.

Helenarou; raffles time both good an offer sterile dials I'm many popular styles. You have to get past the fact Raffles also offers rep dials or avoid.
