    Fans of yellow dials?

Just added my first ever Tudor to the collection and it's another yellow dial. Any other fans out there? Hoping to add a Doxa soon...

Here’s my Superocean. Wanted something a bit different and felt yellow was the iconic Breitling colour

Really liked this for awhile, now gone.

LE for a short while, but wanted a stronger yellow, also gone.

One of six Vratislava,s I had at the same time, liked but also gone.

Had several of these and still do, the one that pretty much started me off.

And my favoritte really, couldnt tell the time on it as the hands and numerals dissapeared into the dial, long gone sadly, looking for another.

Having spent the day wearing the Tudor I'm really enjoying it. Fantastic quality, only down side is the fiddly deployant.

It's been on my yellow dial dream list for ever. Just can't bring myself to pull the trigger due to servicing / battery change costs...

It's £405 but it's around every 3.5 years so in the scheme of things it's not a great deal more than an auto.

Plus it's a great grab and go watch. You're running late, couldn't find matching socks in the dark, just grab the emergency and go.... back on time.

I got the micro adjustment clasp on the pro3 strap, it's a great fit and feel.

Oh yes, first the recently arrived Avenger Seawolf,

Then my all time favourite yellow dial,

The OS300M dial is fantasti, especially given the price of the watch.

I've tried to love yellow dialed watches, but while I do think they look great in photos, I couldn't get on with them in the metal and all have been moved on.

ETA However, in an odd twist of fate, this has returned to my watch box recently

I don't imagine I'll wear it much/at all though as I never did when I bought it - I gave it to my son when he broke his watch, but he tends to wear his grandfather's Seiko Perpetual now, when he does wear a watch.

Shame really, it's a lovely Bumble Bee gold in the sunshine, not the flat yellow it looks here, but it seems to wear really big, which I put down to the colour as I've similar sized watches which are fine.

I think they can look nice but on other people rather than me.
I seem to recall a thread (another forum) where divers researched the best colour dial for a practical dive watch and yellow came second...after a rather lurid pink.
    Don't think it caught on.

I've looked at these on eBay before, as I do like the look, but they always seem to mention "modded". Is there a particular model number for the yellow dial I should look out for?

    Yes, that's an un-modded SKXA35

I have been known to wear the odd yellow-dialed Seiko occasionally ....

7A38-701B 'Vulcan' (though this one's actually a 'Victor').

Yeah, 7a38 make for some sick designs, I love this one, too.

This is my only one. I've since put it on rubber and never looked back:

I also picked this up a few days ago after seeing a white dial one on the Friday thread. Rather frustratingly it doesn't sit well on my wrist as I love the look and quality...it may have to go :(

I'm not really a fan of yellow dials but that "Victor" looks great!

    Fans of yellow dials?

Not mine (stolen from a TimeZone post), but in my opinion a beautiful dial in an amazingly thin diver - Zenith Elite Diver yellow dial (sometimes referred to as mango).

Would love to get my hands on one of these!

Always been a fan of yellow dials. Had my eye on the PRS3LE for sometime and managed to pick one up from SC from Doug.

This one won’t be going anyone

I for one prefer it to that other brand, it's much more effortlessly utilitarian. Have you bought it recently, is there a source you could point me to?
