Something like what this chap sells?

I've just purchased a Tudor Submariner and while I like it on the bracelet I'm not that keen on butchering the links in order to reduce it in size for my wrist.

I tried it on my Everest band for my BLNR but it doesn't quiet fit right, you can see where it's not flush against the case (ignore the corrosion, it's currently in for a service and having the polished out). I emailed Everest and unfortunately they don't currently make a band that fits this watch otherwise I'd go for one in black or one of their new curved ended leather straps.

The problem I have with aftermarket straps/bands is I don't like the gap between the spring bar and the case and ideally I'd like one with curved ends like the Everest.
Does anything exist that fits my criteria, if not I'm happy to see some other suggestions.

A well worn admiralty grey nato would work best in my opinion.
Otherwise a JPM vintage style leather in dark brown (and don't worry about the gap between watch and strap - not such a helpful suggestion I appreciate)
Other than that, I don't think any straps would work at all.

JPM Vintage leather in lightish tan is a good shout. As they're quite a fat leather they seem to fill the gaps.
I think a Tudor dive watch looks good with an Erika MN strap.
