Are Patek Philippe classier then Rolex ?

An ad I went to said that Rolex compared to PP are like comparing Casio to Pp, completely inferior. He also said people only buy Rolex because they can’t afford PP or the greater brands, yet tried selling a woman a Rolex afterwards .....what a tool.

    Apparently not.

Next topic - Which watch should I wear with my low rider jeans? Rolex or PP.

PP are older and more conservative.
    Rarer and more exclusive

Classier? Depends on who is wearing it

Oh and your AD story is fantasy, no salesman would slag off a brand they sell, as how would they know what you’re buying? Could be a PP or a Rolex or even both

A lot depends on who's wearing the Rolex or the Patek Philippe.

Trying too hard! Calm down and reply to threads let people get to know you. Use the search function and use it wisely! What’s next off you ‘what watch for my up coming holiday!?’

Sorry if I sound grumpy long long day!

I have an issue with describing things as classy or classier because it brings to my mind an image of someone who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. In my very humble opinion wear the watch that you enjoy and don’t worry about the opinions of others.

Noooo. Hublot only exist to sell to ex pro footballers turned TV pundits with too much cash - damn ugly things they are too - and the watches

OK, we've been pretty patient, I think, and responded to most of your thread tsunami positively, but, honestly, if you want to fit in here, it's time to back off and stop posting thread after thread of mostly inane nonsense.

This is the worst so far (someone may point me to something I've missed, though).

Do yourself a favour and do some reading, instead of posting, because it makes you look like you're just ramping up your post count in attempt to reach SC as soon as possible.

The problem is, people will see this (whether true or not) and see you as time waster who they don't want to deal with.

Contribute to the forum and you'll be welcome, but things are getting a bit marginal right now.

    I haven't a clue, but I am surprised the TZMI5 haven't sussed them.

How sauteed potatoes manage to keep themselves entirely free of any association with chips is miraculous.

This makes me ponder the age old question: Is nandos classier than KFC?

I was last in KFC in Clapham in around 2012. Never had a Nandos, so I can't comment.

I did, however, have a lovely ham sandwich for lunch. English mustard (none of that foreign muck). My wife on the other hand prefers ham and pickle.

Chips actually use the same cases as sautéed, some of the best value in the business 👍
