As I know there is a few cyclists on here are any of you on zwift ??
Recently bought myself a smart trainer and got using it.

Yes, I find it a lot of fun. I wouldn't have the patience to do 50 minutes on my bike trainer without the illusion of going somewhere.

Haven't got it yet but a few people I mountain bike with have and love it. Will sort it out later this year for next winter as it seems a great program for winter training.

It's the best way to see London that's for sure

I did the 12 week FTP Builder training program on it this time last year and saw great improvements. It certainly makes using the turbo a more interesting experience, though it can get a bit repetitive. I've found that listening to audio books whilst doing the sessions makes it much more enjoyable too.

I try to use it every other day through the worst of winter.
My top tip is to get a big fan.

I need to have a look at something like that could definitely do with improving my FTP.

I failed miserably at jons short mix the other night

I use it when I can't get out at the weekends.

It definitely makes indoor training a lot more fun and engaging.

Tri 247 are running lots of guests through this. A few of our keener club members are very impressed with theirs.

My wife uses it a lot and joins in things like the Zwift Academy and various races as part of a team and individually. She’s won a few things over the past couple of years..caps, tops, water bottles etc. Her on the road fitness has increased rediculously since she got into Zwift. Personally I prefer Trainerroad but each to their own.

It definitely makes your road riding better. Riding on the road feels so easy after zwift.
Trainerroad is good as well, lots of good workouts.

I got myself set up on Zwift a month ago using Apple TV and TACX Neo. Really enjoying it - it’s the only way I’ll get any exercise done over the winter, and so convenient - no faffing about with packing for the gym, etc. Wish I’d had this set-up available when I was cycling seriously 10 years ago - it’s transformed the turbo trainer experience.
