    Gizmo Outlets

Looking to expand my Seiko collection with a SARB033. eBay seller Gizmo Outlets have one at £240 which seems very reasonable. Can anyone recommend them as a supplier.

    Thanks

    Ive used them many times.

Generally about a week delivery and mine have come DPD

Think its an operation like Creation but with zero duty

I've used them for my SARB017 as have several other forum members. Arrived within 6 days from a UK address so no tax/duty. 1st-Outlet and CW-Time are also similar eBay sellers with the same service and as I understand are actually Creation Watches.

I have seen 1st-Outlet on eBay. They also have the watch I’m after.
I see that Gizmo are away until the 21st Feb now.

Can any member recommend the Seiko SARB033.

You can’t go wrong with sarb. Good quality and design. I owned sarb33 but sold it and buy sarb35.

Yes. But I like the 35 more. It’s more versatile.

I bought my SARB033 from Gizmo last year.

No issues at all. Well pleased with it.

I was looking at buying a watch from Gizmo but was worried about getting stung for tax on import.

Definitely buying the 033, I like the black dial, looks casual.

Ask them to check bracelet or in particular the clasp as there have been a few reports on here which a quick search will reflect. Some clasps where being received with a bit of a gap or looseness issue . Some felt they weren’t shutting over right . It may of been a quality control issue but one chap on here sent his back to Gizmo outlets and they kindly exchanged it I think .

Ive had both from Gizmo and would happily do so again.

I like the cream dial best.

Im not a fan of the bracelets on these watches - very limited adjustment and I cant get a good fit. Good job that they look good on a nice leather strap!

I’ll probably buy a nice leather strap after a while, I think it looks better with one.

My SARB035 arrived this morning from Gizmo, took a week from placing the order, everything looks fine.

Very nice looking watch, this is the only Seiko (I have many) that I don't think I will need to remove a link, my wrist is 7.75" I just adjusted the clasp to the lowest setting ( there are only two positions) very happy with it.

    Mind the gap …

I was pleased with the quick delivery of Gizmo but then the clasp issue annoyed me so the watch got flipped. I'm pretty certain it's not meant to have that huge space between the clasp and the bracelet.

There is a gap on my bracelet, but on some of your pictures it appears more obvious, it will defiantly have a gap of sorts, as the clasp sits on top of the folded link.

I'm sure it would look pretty good on a number of different straps.

Just looked again at your pics, something not quite right there.

With the strap issue it’s making me think twice about the watch now. Although I think it would look good with a leather strap.

Can the catch be adjusted any to look better.

How does yours look on the wrist? Off the wrist and resting on the table you couldn't tell, but as soon as I strapped it on there was that gap

I’ve decided I’m ordering as soon as Gizmo return on 21st. I’ll go with the black face. Defiantly buy a nice black leather strap, I think it’ll look really good.

    Looking forward to the 21st.

I did try to buy the watch but a note came up saying they had blocked me ??? Not sure what that is all about. Anyone else had that happen.

Gizmo dealers were back after their holiday today, but I’m still blocked from buying.

I’ve messaged them twice today, no reply. On the eBay shop I hit the buy now button and a note says “we are not accepting bids or offers from you”
I’ve never dealt with them before?????

What's your feedback score on eBay? A lot of sellers automatically stop buyers with a score below 10 or a less than 95% feedback score from buying from them.

    (or something along those lines)

Wonder if they are out of stock, when I bought mine it stated 98% sold, no excuse not to reply to your message though.

There's another outfit on flea bay selling for the same price, can't vouch for them. 161722978932

On the eBay page it says limited stock left 8 remaining. So they could sell.

I’ve seen the other supplier 1st-Outlet. They are also nearly sold out, 5 left I think.

After the thread about Seiko’s that have been discontinued, thinking now about the SARX.

Looking on eBay I see that Gizmo Outlets & 1st-outlet are no longer Showing the SARB033 for sale. Either a mad rush to grab the last SARB’s or ?

    Gizmo Outlets

What about citi-wide on eBay uk ?

I’m inclined not to believe the blog from
Seiya regarding the end of the sarb. Sorry but we had all this tattle before with the 007/009 and yet they pump them out by the boatload. No sign of the skx coming to an end not the sarb . I blame WUS . Probably the rumour mill started there

Keep an eye on SC here or even put up a WTB, there has been a couple sold lately before the panic buying so good chance of some coming up, that's assuming you don't mind buying used
