With all of this talk about Rolex limiting its distribution practice, I may have found a way to circumvent the process regardless of inferred availability. Last week, I stopped by the local AD to check on a Daytona-C wait-listed status. Nothing had changed but the female sales associate who assisted in my inquiry expressed an interest in meeting for coffee to discuss the current Rolex model distribution scenario. We eventually met for coffee but during that time, I couldn't help but suspect that she was coming on to me.
Long story short, we went out on a dinner date three nights later and found ourselves sleeping together. She now considers me her boyfriend and has offered to expedite my Daytona-C and apply her 25% employee discount. Should I go for it? Chances are we will never marry or have children but she is incredibly hot despite being emotionally unstable nearly 50% of the time...too needy and insecure even though she attracts men like a Ferrari.
Incidentally, this Daytona-C is not for myself but for a male colleague. Some others and I got AD waitlisted so he would have a better crack at procuring one ASAP. While I have no issue with his materialistic and horologic endeavors, I also don't want to get stuck in traffic with an emotionally unstable woman over a stupid Rolex.
Very short answer: sounds like a "no" to me.
Slightly longer: I would be very careful of creating dependencies of this kind when I would not be sure of the relationship. If it turns sour at some point, that 25% discount may haunt you for a long time.
You seem to have described a perfectly normal woman albeit one who is attractive. Go for it.

The premise is quite interesting and 25% discount certainly grabs the attention. However, there was no twist to the tale and the "hot but mental" subplot is both cliched and under-developed. Could do with a real baddie, perhaps her boss, who she is also shagging, finds out and sacks her. We could develop that into a gritty phoenix from the flames tale of hooking in LA, perhaps you could model the hero on Richard Gere... or maybe Christian Bale could play the role of antihero.
So many possibilities, so poorly executed.
