Explorer 2 what strap do you have yours on?

Having finally got one was wondering what straps members have theirs on? Be nice to see some pictures to get an idea how they look!

Or do you think the bracelet is top trumps?

    Thanks
    Ian

I've tried mine (white) on a few straps but it always ends up back on the bracelet.

I use the normal Rolex bracelet as I think it blends with the watch and I can jump in a swimming pool without any worries.

I currently don't have one. Mine always stayed on the bracelet and was put rarely on a nato strap.
Do you have a black or white dial?

I've also tried various straps on mine but the bracelet works best for me.

I have had mine on a 21mm oysterflex which does look different and sporty.
But I do keep going back to the bracelet. It just looks better.
Whereas I think my SDc looks BETTER on an oysterflex.

I kind of think the Explorer 2 is one of the few Rolex's that just doesn't work on anything else but the bracelet.
Anything else just seems to look jarring. This is, however, completely subjective and each to their own.

With my Explorer 2 Polar I've tried leather straps, nato's.etc Always goes back onto the bracelet fairly promptly.

Bracelet for me (Polar) but considering a custom made snow cammo canvas with orange stitch believe it or not :0

I’ve tried Perlon and NATO, but nothing beats the bracelet, which is best by some margin

So far a lot of love for the original bracelet. I did wonder if that might be the case.

I’ve always had mine on the bracelet . Haven’t been tempted by the rubber b or isofranes as the bracelet is so comfortable and looks great on the watch.

Tried mine on a few straps about 3 years ago. Once was enough. It went straight back on the bracelet.

Thanks for all the replies, much appreciated.

Couldn't visualise it on leather but actually like this. I'm going to have to get a couple of things to try I think.

I prefer mine on nato and have not had it on the bracelet for months now. It is one of the nato friendly watches for me.

Explorer 2 what strap do you have yours on?

The bracelet is obviously very popular.
In owners’ experience, is there a big difference between the SEL bracelet and the hollow end link one on the 16570?

It's arrived. I've managed to fit it without any dramas. And I think it looks great. The wife hates it!
