HELP ME RELOCATE MY OLD WATCH PLEASE

Hi guys
This may be a long shot but I'm trying to locate my old watch for sentimental value which used to belong to my grandad.
I sold the watch in 2013 and bought a SD with the money but now maturity has set in and I'd like to try at least locate it and possibly buy it back.

I have contacted the person who i sold it to but due to unfortunate events he is unable to provide details on the person who bought it off him.

So any watchmakers who may have serviced this or people who may know someone with a similar watch could i ask to check please?

The watch in question is a
Rolex 18k daydate from 1971 on a president yellow gold with a champagne dial with diamond markers and an aftermarket diamond bezel.

I sold with box no papers and included a black baton dial and fluted 18k bezel. (May not be with the watch anymore or may be inf fact installed on the watch)

Model number is 1803
Serial is 3286298

Any help will be apreciated!
