Only if you really really like it - Personally I wouldn’t. If it was the 60th, I’d possibly consider it.
It's just a matter of time...

TBH is was really light - and perhaps a little underwhelming wrt feeling special..... I did not purchase - not due to any of these reasons but just had notice of major job cuts - so perhaps not the right time for trinkets!

You may regret it at some stage. We all look back on some opportunities and think maybe I should have etc. But I honestly think you would just instinctively know if it was to be.

Of course throwing in a potential work situation make the decision a lot easier to live with too.

I don’t see anything with aged lume becoming a future classic. At 4K it’s a lot for a novelty, nice as it is. You made the right choice.

Good decision. I don’t think that Railmaster looks good at all personally. Kind of like a cheap beater to my eyes.

You can always get a cheap flight back in the next few weeks if the work situation is resolved. Alternatively find a friend on here going through Geneva.

I think it is a lovely watch, but I cannot understand the short crosshairs when there is so much going on in the dial

I actually like it, but there is a lot going on with the dial.

If it didn't sing to you then I think you made the right decision

It only costs £3.6k in the UK so I wouldn't if I were you!

I think you did the right thing not purchasing as you weren't 100% sure on it, and especially if you factor in the work issue. I'm sure if you wanted one in the future you'd soon get one.

They look to me like something that Glycine would produce.

Genuine question, if I may - what is it that makes you dislike it? I'm considering one (without actually having seen one in real life yet), and I'm curious about existing opinions.

    Cheers,
    Christian

I think the lume is very polarising

Personally enjoy the design of the watch, but not sure on resale value in case it isn't a keeper!

I agree you made a good choice not to buy that. It’s a bit meh you can and will do better.

I’m not really sure, it just doesn’t look right to me. Maybe I need to have a play with one. It wouldn’t be the first time I changed my mind on a watch. Maybe I just really prefer the 60th anniversary edition much more than this or the previous model.

Geneva airport is NEVER the place to buy a watch, in my experience - Always dearer than the high street in the UK when I've compared.

I like Railmasters, but is that 'fake aged lume'? If so, no way, at any price.

The single most horrible gimmick on any watch, imo.

This is the price from an Omega Boutique. You could most likely get 20% off with Iconic or similar.

The limited edn. is about 5k

I like the ltd edn but not enough to drop 5K on it.
