    Too cheap?

Am I missing something? This seems very low priced.

I have just asked the seller a few questions, will let you know if I get a response.
It is local to me but I don't know enough about that model to tell if it is good or bad!

Seems about right, not a particularly loved model.

    Same as above!!

If you look at the historic sales there are a few of that model that have sold low!!

As stated above it’s not a loved model atall so resale is always an issue!
You have to remember before Tudor came back to the U.K. the only really sellable models were the Submariner and the Big Block both of which held enough Rolex partnership to sway people to buy them!! Other than that most people wouldn’t have a clue what a Tudor was??

I was in Westfield Stratford yesterday and had a few meetings then went with my Ops Manager and then with our suppliers around some of the watch shops so we could walk and talk, when i showed them Tudors they didn’t have a clue what they were and didn’t even know the connection with Rolex!!

I had one of these, it may even have been this one as there can’t be many in the country with this strap combo. Excellent watches, bought mine unworn in 2011 and traded it to Watchfinder a year or two later for £950 so, allowing for inflation, the price seems to be about right.

Cheap or not, I don't like the italic font numbers on the sub dials.

I'm not normally a Tudor fan but I like that.... at that kinda a price I might have to start considering one!

As others have said it looks about the right kind of money.... if you like it go for it!

Thanks for replies and info. It just seemed low priced for a watch with similar movement and function to a Daytona.

The thing with these older version Tudors is the size of the lugs, I bought a Grantour couple years ago, and while I like the dial and size I hated the wide bulbous lugs, later ones have much slimmer normal looking lugs.

Lugs do look huge and I am not a fan of italics on the sub dials nor strap colour.

Nothing 'strange' with 21mm lug width IMHO!

Although Tudor makes some quality watches do not expect the movement to be similar to the daytona. The arrangement of the subdials is bit Rolex is using a column wheel vertical clutch movement while Tudor is probably using a 7750 variant. Bulletproof movements the 7750s but not as refined...
