I purchased a date just recently and realised afterwards that I would need an extra link a so visited St James this morning and duly got that sorted after advice from here to pursue an extra link with them direct I was told it wasn't a service no longer offered and so i duly went to st James
While I was there I had a call from the manager Stephen of Listers to explain that they would pay for this as a matter of goodwill and to duly send the invoice to them for a refund
Have to say that's exceptional service and should be commended
