Maplin sell an almost identical one too. Most stores stock them I had a choice of 3 to go to last week when I needed one.
I have the Seiko one but they are probably a bit more difficult to track down at a reasonable price these days.

Mine is very similar to the 2nd one you linked to. Cheap and cheerful and does the job fine.
I always used a jewelers soft tipped hammer , a small pin tool and a hard plastic base with slits in. I had a cheapy screw pin type tool but it bent and scratched a link so never really trusted them since
