    PRS-20 new strap

After fighting with the lug screws for many evenings, I finally broke down and took my PRS-20 to a shop to get the strap changed.

I'd stripped the screws in my endeavors, so the initial quote was increased somewhat but I was able to retrieve it in time for the weekend.

I think a tapered strap (24/22) suits this watch better - previously I had a 24/24 mounted which seemed to dominate rather than complement the watch.

I have my PRS20's on a 26mm Toshi but I found love the trick was to use short tubes 20mm I think. These allow the watch strap to sit nice and straight rather than dipping in at the gap.

Not tried it on a tapered strap yet.

The previous strap was rather chunky so I couldn't wear it weekdays with a shirt. With the me strap, it slips effortlessly under the cuff.

Any pictures of the toshi 26 mm strap?
