    The rake magazine heuer blue?

So I just watched wei koh talking watches on hodinkee and he mentions (and pulls out of his pocket) a heuer chrono in blue - another limited edition watch? Any info out there? Coming out in April next year if I remember correctly....

Thanks for the steer....I went straight to the article thinking it may be another Autavia release in a fetching dark blue, sadly disappointed! May look good on the beach....

That Skipper re-issue is like many of the sailing related watches ... not fit for purpose.

Sailing races start with a 5 minute countdown; used to be 10 hence watches like the Memosail and the Aquastar Regate and of course the Yachtmaster.

These days it is 5 minutes and has been for years so that Skipper re-issue is not correct ... and another re-issue spoiled by a date complication.

But it sold out so I guess all is well.

Note the watch he pulled out of his pocket he correctly noted that it was not a regatta chrono so is labled Carerra.

I also note that the hard of thinking are still insisting on 2.5 minute hashes on the minunte sub-dial.
People who don't understand chronographs shouldn't be allowed to design them.
    Just awful

Great video, melancholy moment at the end about his watch

The ending was a bit sad. All those watches but still the most sentimental is currently unobtainable.
