    Clock Repair

This clock is rather special to my wife. Her late father who tinkered with clocks was doing it up, but never finished it.

I don't know anything about clocks, but I would like to get it finished and working for her.
The movement is Franz Hermie and the case has dutch written on it Nu Elck Syn Sin.

Can anyone recommend how best to proceed?
I live near Colchester Essex, if there is someone local that can fix it up? Or perhaps someone I can carefully package it up and send to that is trustworthy.

Just wanted to say that Webwatchmaker worked out fantastic for our clock. His work is excellent.

Thank you to him and for the recommendation.
