    Zeno G10 type Quartz.

There are some 'G10'- available from Zeno. These DO have the aeroplane logo so look away if you don't like it!

A member here asked about them so thought I'd share the info..

Nice! How much are they? Do they have a screw down crown like the prs10?
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

It is not a screw down crown. Movement is a ISA1198.

Not yet. If there is enough interest I'll do a forum price with fundraiser donation same as was for prs3/4

If the hands can be painted rather than polished then I'd be very interested.

They look quite Matt to me... I think the best thing is for me to get a sample and post some decent photos.

I am very interested in getting one as long as the price is fair. Based on the PRS3/4 pricing they should be very reasonable

    Ok some pictures as promised:

My Falklands fat case CWC is there for scale. ( not for sale )

    These will be £130 (£118 to time-design / £12 to the fundraiser)

I am away soon, until after new year so please sign up on the thread if you want one but nothing will be processed until the 8th January. Please do not pay yet. Once I am in a position to deal with it I'll post in the thread- Thank you.

    Best,
    James

    From a comprehensive review of Eddie's PRS-10

Diameter: 38.6mm including crown (36.8 excluding)
    Lug to lug: 42.4mm
Thickness: 11.25mm to top of crystal
    Lug width: 20mm

    http://www.watcharama.com/precista-prs-10-gs/

The lugs appear ever so slightly wider than the CWC one in the side by side photos, which would suggest 20mm.

    I will probably take one.

I can't see from the photos if the hands are different from the CWC, could you confirm, please.

This is what I'm trying to avoid, which is what I got with Eddie's PRS-10 and a CWC, it drives me nuts when the hands disappear at certain angles.

I could get someone to paint the hands, possibly, does anyone know where I could get that done?

These dimensions match the sample so I guess it's the second variant.

And the hands look polished with a thin slither of lume. In which case thanks, but I’m out.

IF my memory serves. The case of the second (Precista) variant of the PRS-10 was made by Fricker, not Zeno.

With a screw down crown and caseback and spring bars, the Precista ‘10 was an almost compulsive purchase for me, I bought and sold six of them over the years. If I had kept the first, bought in June 2008, it would be due it’s first battery change this year!

I managed to ignore one that appeared on eBay last week... Maybe I am finally over it, maybe.
